I am an artist who enjoys the pleasure and hope of lifting the spirits of others who join me in painting and that of those who view my work. I love to create and share and teach. I paint because I am convinced of the therapeutic value of art, and its processes. I hope and pray that you, the viewer, will feel the healing effect of a lovely painting
Greetings to my friends!
I will be teaching inktense Pencil classes at PINSPIRATION starting Thursday July 3rd from 3:15 to 4:45 PM. PINSPIRATION studio is located in the Redcliff Pointe shopping Center, 2650 North Avenue Unit 117 ( Back where Tuesday Morning used to be)
Cost for the class is $35
Cost for the Kit is $23 which includes the set of 6 pencils which you will need.
Once you buy a kit you will only need to pay the class fee each time you come.
We wil be creating LEMONS in this first class. The second class will be SEA TURTLE and so on
Please let me know if you are coming as class size is limited to 6 students per class. I will be teaching classes every other Thursday afternoon.
I can hardly wait to see you there! It will be a lot of fun, getting together and using these delightful pencils.

Melody Horton was born in Geneva, Illinois, the third child of the Johnson family. She spent her childhood and many adult years living in the splendor of the Ozarks. Living in the woods, so close to nature, gave her an early appreciation for color and harmony, and a desire to become an artist. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. She and her husband Jim live in Grand Junction, where several of her family live.
